Which delivery options are available?Updated 6 months ago

All orders to the United Kingdom are shipped by Royal Mail, and orders for the Republic of Ireland are shipped by DHL, DPD or UPS.

When confirming your order please select the method of shipment and the delivery address. (whether it's your home, office or another saved address)

At CimAlp we aim to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. All orders are processed:

- on the next day if placed on a working day before midnight

- on the next working day if placed on a bank holiday

- on Monday (if not a bank holiday) if placed at the weekend

Once your order is en route, Royal Mail, DHL, DPD or UPS will send an email to the corresponding account with a delivery date.

HOME DELIVERY:

ROYAL MAIL (3 to 5 working days): £9.90 (VAT incl.) - Free from £100 per order

All shipments may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, dues and fees for customs clearance upon delivery and for which the customer is liable.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

HOME DELIVERY:

DPD Predict (3 to 5 working days): 9.90€

DHL Select (3 to 5 working days): 9.90€

UPS Express (Next working day after shipping - No delivery on week-ends): 14.90€

PICK-UP DELIVERY:

DPD (3 to 5 working days): 4.90€ - Free from 65€ per order
