What are the delivery options ?Updated 11 days ago

All orders to the United Kingdom are shipped by Royal Mail or Fedex, and orders for the Republic of Ireland are shipped by DPD.

For shipments to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain, please switch to the relevant country and language from the homepage to view specific information.

For all other countries, our parcels are shipped via the standard postal service.

When confirming your order please select the method of shipment and the delivery address. (whether it's your home, office or another saved address)

At CimAlp we aim to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. All orders are processed:

- on the next day if placed on a working day before midnight

- on the next working day if placed on a bank holiday

- on Monday (if not a bank holiday) if placed at the weekend

Once your order is en route, Royal Mail, DPD or Fedex will send an email to the corresponding account with a delivery date.

Delivery time and costs

UNITED KINGDOM

HOME DELIVERY:

ROYAL MAIL or FEDEX (3 to 5 working days): £9.90 (VAT incl.) - Free from £100 per order

All orders to the UK are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means that CIMALP pays for VAT (goods' value being under £135 or over) and all customs duties, dues and fees for customs clearance to the British Administration, so that you are no longer required to pay anything on delivery.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

HOME DELIVERY:

DPD Predict (3 to 5 working days): 9.90€

PICK-UP DELIVERY:

DPD (3 to 5 working days): 4.90€ - Free from 65€ per order
