Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used to place your order.

You will be refunded the paid cost of the items. If you benefited from an additional discount, it will be recalculated on a pro-rata basis (see examples below).

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are credited directly back to your card.

PayPal: Refunds are sent directly to your PayPal account.

Other payment methods: The refund will be credited back to the account or service used during checkout.

💡 Note: If you use a deferred debit card, the refund will appear on your statement at the end of the month.

Example 1:

Product A (£99) and Product B (£69) with a £25 discount applied at checkout.

You received a discount of: 25 / (99 + 69) = 14.88%

You return Product A ➡ Refund: 99 - 14.88% = £84.27

Example 2:

Product A (£25) and Product B (£35) with a £15 loyalty discount.

You received a discount of: 15 / (25 + 35) = 25%

You return Product B ➡ Refund: 35 - 25% = £26.25

Example 3:

Product A (£99) and Product B (£149)

Promo code -15% + VIP Silver discount -5%

Final basket: (99 + 149) - 15% = £210.80, then -5% = £200.26

Total discount: (99 + 149 - 200.26) / (99 + 149) = 19.25%

You return Product A ➡ Refund: 99 - 19.25% = £79.94
