How is my exchange processed?Updated 6 days ago

Once you have completed your return request, simply drop the parcel to the nearest pickup point. You'll find the nearest one when logged on the Chronopost website using your postcode.


Chronopost is a leading international express courier (part of the Geopost network). If you are outside France, you can safely drop off your package at your local national postal service or an authorized local partner point. The dynamic network will then ensure it is safely routed back to our warehouse.


As soon as we receive the item at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will automatically ship your replacement item, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


Please note: Exchanges are only possible for the exact same item (change of size or color).


Conditions for an exchange:

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.


Shoes must only be tried on a clean surface to ensure they are returned in perfect condition.


⚠️ For hygiene reasons, underwear (boxers/briefs) cannot be returned or exchanged.
