After your return request has been approved, you will find your return documents within 15 minutes in the “Return Documents” section of your account.

To return your items:

1. Place the return slip inside your package.

2. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

3. Drop off your package at the nearest Post Office

Returns are processed within 3 working days after we receive your package. Should you meet any difficulty, our team will be more than happy to assist you!
