To request a return, please follow these steps:

Go to your account area, under the "Order History and details" section > "Order details & Return Request" of the relevant order.

Select the product(s) you wish to return.

Choose "Exchange" or "Refund" according to your preference.

If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the model, color, and size in the provided field.

Your request will be submitted once you click on "Request a return". Your return documents will be available within 15 minutes in your Cimalp account under the “Return Documents” section.

Good to know: If an exchange has already been made for the order, you will not be able to make a second return request for free. In this case, you can send the item(s) directly back to us with a note requesting a refund to the following address:
