TGo to your customer account, section 'Ask for a Return'.

Click on 'Order details & Return Request'

Select the item(s) you wish to return

Check the 'Refund' option

Your return documents will be available in the 'Return Documents' section:

Print the return slip and place it in your package

Stick the prepaid label on the package

Drop off your package at the nearest post office

Good to know: If an exchange has already been made for the order, you will not be able to make a second return request for free. In this case, you can send the item(s) directly back to us with a note requesting a refund to the following address:
