To submit your return request, follow these steps:

Log in to your account area.

Go to the "My Orders" section.

Click on "Return my order".

Enter your order number and email address.

You can then select the items you wish to return.

How do I prepare and ship the package?

Once your request has been submitted:

Print the Chronopost return document, which consists of 3 parts:

The Return Slip (recipient form)

The instructions and proof of deposit (reminder slip)

The prepaid return label

Place the return slip inside the package and stick the prepaid label on the outside of the box.

Drop off your package using our international shipping partner, Chronopost.

Note for international customers: Chronopost is part of the Geopost network. Outside France, you can safely drop off your package at your national postal service or an authorized local partner point. The network will then ensure it is securely routed back to our warehouse.
