Do you offer exchanges?Updated 10 days ago

Yes, we offer exchanges, but only for a change of size or color on the exact same item, subject to stock availability.

Once you have submitted your exchange request from your account area, simply return the item using our international shipping partner, Chronopost, or your local post office.

Note for international customers: Chronopost is part of the Geopost network. Outside France, you can drop off your package at your national postal service or an authorized local partner point.

Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, our team will verify the condition of the item. If the product meets our return conditions, we will automatically ship your replacement item. If the requested item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

For an exchange to be accepted, the item must be returned:

In its original condition

Unused

With all tags intact

In a condition that allows it to be resold

For shoes: They must only be tried on a clean surface to ensure they are returned in perfect condition.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, underwear (such as boxers or briefs) cannot be returned or exchanged.
