Your parcel number can be found on the return label provided during your return request and on the proof of deposit. Once the parcel is received, it is processed by our after-sales team within 48 hours. After processing, exchanges and refunds are completed the next day. A confirmation email is sent as soon as we have taken the necessary steps.
