At Cimalp, we strive to ship all orders within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Therefore, modification or cancellation requests must be made:
- Before noon for an order placed in the morning
- Before 3 p.m. for an order placed in the afternoon
Beyond these deadlines, your package will likely already be in preparation and cannot be modified or canceled.
If you forgot to apply a promo code, the order will need to be canceled and then reordered with the code correctly applied.
