To allow us to take action in time, all requests must be made on the very same day the order is placed, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM CET (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We will not be able to make any changes if the order was placed over the weekend.

Beyond these timeframes, your package will likely already be in preparation and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
