To avoid any issues after receiving your parcel, whether at a pick-up point or delivered to your home, here are some tips before accepting the delivery. Make sure to thoroughly check the condition of your parcel. We recommend opening it in the presence of the delivery person or at the pick-up point.

Please make sure to note any of the following issues:

- Parcel in poor condition

- Repackaged

- Wrapped with adhesive tape

- Appears to have been opened during transit

- Feels too light
