To avoid any issues after receiving your package—whether at a pickup point or at home—here is our advice before accepting delivery:

Carefully check the entire package.

We advise you to open it in the presence of the delivery driver or at the pickup point.

Please make sure to report any damage or issue (file a claim) in the following cases:

- The package is in poor condition.

- The package has been repackaged or taped over.

- The package looks like it was opened during transit.

- The package feels unusually light.
